<p>PURPOSE: To obtain an immunosuppressive agent useful for suppressing rejections in organ transplantation, curing graft-versus-host diseases in bone marrow transplantation, preventing allergy, etc. CONSTITUTION: This immunosuppressive agent contains antigen treated B lymphocyte cells obtained by treating the B lymphocyte cells to bring them into contact with an antigen, antigen enclosed or stuck liposome, a bound product between the antigen and a B lymphocyte cell-binding material or a mixture of at least >=2 above-mentioned species. In this invention, a preparation of immunosupressed animals by transferring the immunosuppressive agent, immunosupressed animals prepared by the preparation of immunosupressed animals, a therapy or prevention of diseases by administering the immunosuppressive agent to human and above-mentioned liposome and its bound material are also claimed.</p> |
