<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a defective operation of a mouse due to attachment of dust by removing at least part of a shaft including a contact part with a ball to replace it with new one when dust attaches to the shaft. SOLUTION: A shaft 5 (6) is divided into a base end part 21 where a reading disk 7 (8) is fixed and a shaft main body part 22 including a contact part with a ball. The parts 21 and 22 are interfit to each other via the key grooves 21a and 22a, so that both parts 21 and 22 are mutually regulated in their revolving directions and are unified together on a straight line. Then the parts 21 and 22 are mounted on the bearing part of a mouse as conventional. When the dust attached to the ball is moved to the part 22, the shaft 5 (6) is removed from the bearing part and also the part 22 is pulled out of the part 21. Then the part 22 is replaced with the new one, and this new part 22 is unified with the part 21 and attached to the mouse bearing part.</p> |
