摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated electrophotographic photoreceptor which exhibits high sensitivity to a semiconductor laser beam and is excellent in the repetitive stability of the sensitivity and electrostatic chargeability by forming a charge generating layer which is an oxotitanium phthalocyanine vapor deposited film subjected to a specific treatment and incorporating a specific hydrazone derivative into a charge transfer layer. SOLUTION: This electrophotographic photoreceptor is constituted by laminating at least the charge generating layer and the charge transfer layer in this order on a conductive substrate. The charge generating layer is the oxotitanium phthalocyanine vapor deposited film subjected to the exposure treatment by a vapor mixture containing at least the aromatic organic solvent and water and the charge transfer layer contains the hydrazone derivative expressed by formula as charge transfer material. In the formula, Ar1 denotes a phenyl group, tolyl group; Ar2 denotes a phenyl group; Ar3 denotes a methyl group, phenyl group; Ar2 and Ar3 may form a ring by bonding each other.
