The connector has an external thread (8) to be connected to a female luer connector (7) that includes a spike. An end of the connector includes a continuous pad (24) forming projections in an internal conduit (11) to assure water tightness for the conduit during the introduction of the projections in the conduit for joining the connector (7) with a male luer connector (16). A breakable membrane (10) is placed in the conduit in a manner to be separated when the connector (16) is coupled to connector (7). An independent claim is also included for a transfer set for the preparation of the mixture for medical purpose.
