The present invention relates to a canal type non-point pollutant source treatment device and, more specifically, to an environmentally friendly canal type non-point pollutant source treatment device capable of removing a non-point pollutant source of rainwater flowing into a water system such as a catchment area or a river in rain by being installed around a pollution place generating the non-point pollution source as a canal shape. The canal type non-point pollutant source treatment device includes: a canal formed by being excavated around a pollution place generating the non-point pollutant source at a predetermined depth in order for rainwater including the non-point pollutant source to flow inside; a crushed stone layer formed as crushed stone of 80-250 mm is placed on the bottom of the canal; a redundant member layer formed in the upper part of the crushed stone layer, wherein 50-100 parts by weight of an activated carbon redundant member is mixed in the redundant member layer on 100 parts by weight of a porous ceramic redundant member of 50-150 mm in which volcanic stone and red clay are mixed; a mat installed in the upper part of the redundant member layer; a mesh structure net installed in the upper part of the mat and formed of a synthetic resin material; and a molding layer formed in the upper part of the net at the thickness of 20-50 cm as soil and compost are mixed, wherein turf is planted on the molding layer.
