PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection type image display device having a plurality of different light sources, the projection type image display device capable of individually correcting a focal position of a display element when switching the light sources.SOLUTION: A projection type image display device includes: a plurality of different light sources; a display element; an optical part configured to guide light from the light sources to the display element; and focus position correction means configured to individually correct a focal position of the display element at a timing of switching the light sources.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
