Provided is a gas-liquid separation device that can accomplish gas-liquid separation actions such as advanced degassing and deairing, is provided with a structure that allows cleaning in place and cleaning out of place that can satisfy sanitary specifications to be performed easily, has high performance, and is easily handled. The device separates gas and liquid by centrifugal force of an impeller attached to a shaft that rotates within a casing provided with a fluid inlet opening, a fluid discharge opening, and a gas discharge opening, and is mainly characterized in that: separation blade parts that perform gas-liquid centrifugal separation are formed on the rotating peripheral parts of the impeller, discharge blade parts formed by expanding part of those separation blade parts in diameter and imparting a discharge force to the fluid passing through are formed, and the fluid discharge opening is provided in a casing location facing these discharge blade parts; an opening part within the casing for the gas discharge opening is provided in a position facing the vicinity of the rotational center part of the impeller, and the gas discharge opening is linked to a vacuum device; and an opening part within the casing for the fluid inlet opening is provided in a position separated by a prescribed distance from the inside peripheral wall surface of the casing to the inside. |
