This magnetic powder is represented by general formula FeaSibBcPdCue. Therein, a, b, c, d and e satisfy 71.0 ≦ a ≦ 81.0, 0.14 ≦ b/c ≦ 5, 0 ≦ d ≦ 14, 0 < e ≦ 1.4, d ≦ 0.8a-50, e < -0.1(a+d)+10, and a+b+c+d+e = 100. The degree of crystallization measured by x-ray diffraction is less than or equal to 30% in the case of containing at least an amorphous phase and a compound phase, and is less than or equal to 60% in the case of not containing a compound phase. This magnetic powder is produced with a gas atomization method in which a dissolving chamber 2 and a atomizing chamber 3 have a mixed gas atmosphere of an inert gas and a hydrogen gas. By this means, it is possible to obtain an alloy magnetic material which has high saturation magnetic flux density and low magnetic loss; and it is possible using said magnetic powder to obtain a magnetic core and various coil components, and also a motor. |
