wherein R and R1 are each H; R4 is H or linear or branched C1-C3 alkyl; R2 and R3 are independently linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl, or R2, R3, together with the carbon to which they are attached, form C3-C8 cycloalkyl; and R5 is H or linear or branched C1-C6 alkyl optionally substituted with: OH, C(═O)OH, C(═O)NH2, SH, CH3S, HOOCCH(NH2)CH2S—S—CH2—, phenyl, hydroxyphenyl, imidazolyl, or indoyl; or R4 and R5, together with the atoms to which they are attached, form a pyrrolidine ring optionally substituted with OH.
