The invention pertains to new substituted 1,3-dioxan-5-ylamino heterocyclic compounds of formula (I), wherein A is CH or N; X is NH, O or S(O)q, with q = 0-2; Y is O or S(O)m, with m = 0-2, and R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<4>, R<4'>, and R<5> are as indicated in the description. The invention also pertains to methods for preparing said compounds and to their use as pesticides and fungicides.
