A creel comprises a riser I on which package supports, which have package support shanks 17 are mounted. The support shank 17 includes a pin 15 which is positioned laterally and parallel to the support shank and the pin can be rotated, axially moved and locked in a clamp so as different shapes of package can be accommodated on the creel. The shank 17 and pin 15 is preferably a U-shaped bent rod. The clamp 11 may rotate in support 10 on release of nut 12. The support can swing on arms 3, 4 and 9 in a vertical plane. |
