<p>1275804 Derivatives of thiazolo- and 1,3- thiazinopyrimidine SEPERIC 25 June 1970 [3 July 1969] 33646/69 Heading C2C The invention comprises compounds of Formulµ Ia and Ib and their acid addition salts, wherein n is 2 or 3, R 1 is H or C 1-4 alkyl, and R 2 R 4 are each H, C 1-4 alkyl, Ph (optionally substituted by halogen, NO 2 , OH, CO 2 H, halosulphonyl, CF 3 , C 1-4 alkyl or alkoxy, carbalkoxy- C 1-4 alkyl or C 1-4 alkanoylamido) or an aromatic type heterocycle. These compounds are prepared by the reactions illustrated; (b) and (c) take place at a relatively higher temperature, e.g. above 70‹ C. Therapeutic compositions for administration by the conventional (e.g. oral or rectal) routes comprise compounds of Formulµ Ia and Ib, which have antiinflammatory activity.</p> |
