PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical disk which suppress medium noises and the degradation in reproduced signals and is not irradiated with a laser spot in the signal recording parts of adjacent tracks. SOLUTION: This optical disk D is subjected to reproduction of recorded information in accordance with the reflected light of the laser spot focused to the incident side surface of a recording film 30 through a substrate 10, and is constituted by providing a flat layer 20 of a uniform thickness between the substrate 10 and the recording film 30 and forming spiral transparent parts 20a of the pitch corresponding to tracking guides on the flat layer 20 and forming the parts between the transparent parts 20a and 20a as opaque parts 20b. |
