PURPOSE:To constitute a simple, small-sized, and inexpensive circuit by outputting a digital value as an arithmetic result to a counter previously, latching its counted value by a latch circuit, and generating an analog output by D/A conversion. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer (MC)2 resets a counter 6 with a counter reset signal 5, and input data 1 is fetched and processed as specified; and a serial data pulse train corresponding to the arithmetic result is outputted as count pulses 4 to the counter 6. The counter performs counting operation and count data 7 obtained by converting the count result into parallel data is sent to the data input of a latch circuit 8. The MC2 generates a latch signal 3 when the counting operation is completed to latch the count data 7. Consequently, the latch circuit 8 sends out digital parallel data 9 corresponding to the arithmetic result, and this data is supplied to a D/A converter 10 to obtain a corresponding analog output 11, thereby decreasing the number of MC output ports. |
