PURPOSE:To effectively utilize night power and to minimize the power fee of a demander by charging in a low-fee time zone, supplying power to a load device, and supplying power from a storage device to the device in a high-fee time zone. CONSTITUTION:A load-flow distributor 2, a storage device 3 and a bypass circuit 4 are connected in parallel to a commercial power supply 1. A calculation controller 6 so controls as to store commercial power in the device 3 in a low- fee time zone and to supply the commercial power through the circuit 4 to loads 9-11. The power from the device 3 or the power supply 1 is supplied to the loads 9-11 in a high-fee time zone except when the power supply 1 is abnormal. |
