PURPOSE: To provide a dispensing closure of good appearance, which a child cannot remove and lift up, by opening a lid by pressing a wall plate to the inner radial direction to engage the lid with an axial rib, and moving the lid upwardly. CONSTITUTION: A dispensing plastic closure 10 comprises a first part 11 having a bottom wall part 12 and an outer peripheral skirt part 13. The outer peripheral skirt part 13 comprises a screw 14 to be engaged with a corresponding screw of a container C for fixing the closure 10 to the container C. Further the closure 10 comprises a second part (lid) 15 connected to the first part through an integral hinge 16. The part 15 comprises a bottom wall part 17, an outer peripheral skirt part 18, and a tubular closing part 19. When the closure 10 is applied to the container, and the lid 15 is located on a closed position to the part 11, a closing part 19 is engaged with a nozzle 20 to lock the nozzle, and the seal is formed between the first part 11 and a finish part 28 by an annular plug part 29 and an annular bead 30. When a wall plate 23 is pressed in the inner radial direction, the wall plate 23 is engaged with an axial rib 25 of the skirt part 18, whereby the skirt part 18 of the lid 15 is upwardly moved to be opened. |
