PURPOSE:To obtain the subject food rich in proteins and iron component and utilizable over a wide range by immersing flower bud of broccoli in hot water, taking out of water and drying the bud. CONSTITUTION:A flower bud of broccoli is immersed in hot water of >=80 deg.C (preferably 80-100 deg.C) for >=20sec (preferably 20-120sec), taken out of hot water, drained as far as possible, dried at <=120 deg.C and mixed with dried foods such as sesame, carrot or small fishes to obtain the objective food. |
