PURPOSE:To improve surface shape, uniformity in wt. distribution and productivity by immersing a working electrode and a counter electrode face to in an electrolytic polymerization soln. contg. a fluorocarbon surfactant and applying voltage between the two electrodes. CONSTITUTION:0.01-2 mol/l monomer which can be formed into a conductive polymer film by electrolytic polymn., 0.01-5 mol/l electrolyte which is incorporated into a conductive polymer molecule as a dopant, a solvent, and 0.01-0.5 g/l fluorocarbon surfactant are mixed, giving an electrolytic polymerization soln. A working electrode and a counter electrode are immersed in this soln. face to face and voltage is applied between the two electrodes to deposit a conductive polymer film on the working electrode. |
