The subscriber line and circuit test matching device comprises: a telephone receiver untreated sound and a 1KHz test tone generating circuit comprised of a logic circuit for converting a tone enable signal, a counter for counting the supplied signal from the logic circuit by a predetermined frequency of time to thereby output an address signal, a memory in which a telephone receiver untreated sound and 1KHz test tone data are stored, for outputting the sound and data in parallel in accordance with a predetermined selection signal, a latch circuit for outputting the sound and data in sequential and parallel manner, and a parallel/serial conversion circuit for converting the sound and data supplied in parallel into the sound and data in serial; and a path switching circuit having a first latch circuit, a ring detecting circuit, a second latch circuit, a logic circuit and a driving circuit, for switching the path between the generating circuit and a measured subscriber and between the measured subscriber and all kinds of measuring devices.
