PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the mass production of bioaffinitive particles having good controllability of particle size and sphericity by agitating and mixing powder of a bioaffinity material with an aq. soln. having a gelatinization effect to prepare an aq. slurry soln. and dropping this soln. into a solidifying liquid to form the particles included in the powder and subjecting the particles to wash ing, drying and sintering. SOLUTION: The aq. slurry soln. is prepd. by agitating and mixing the raw material powder of the bioaffinity material with the soln. having the gelatinization effect. Hydroxy apatite, tricalcium phosphate, etc., are used alone or as a mixture for the raw material powder of the bioaffinity material. The aq. soln. having the gelatinization effect is preferably an aq. soln. sodium alginate. The aq. slurry soln. is dropped into the solidifying liquid by using a vibration dropping method to form the particles included in the powder formed arbitrarily controlled in the diameter. The particles included in the powder formed by the dropping are subjected to washing and drying, then to sintering at 1000 to 1700 deg.C in the atm. air, by which the bioaffinity particles are formed. The easy production of the particles of several 100 μm order is made possible according thereto. |
