PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a shuttlecock excellent in durability without sticking of an adhesive to the upper face 2a of a base. SOLUTION: Holes 4 for inserting blade shafts 3b of blades 3 are annularly bored in an upper face 2a of a base 2. After an adhesive tape with releasable paper stuck to the surface of disc shape is stuck to the inside part of the annular holes, the blade shafts 3b of the blades 3 are inserted in the holes, and an adhesive is applied by pouring and hardened. The releasable paper on the surface is then removed, and adornment such as marks and patterns is stuck to form a shuttlecock 1. |
