PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically generate a table of a relation between master radio equipment and slave radio equipment. SOLUTION: On the basis of the received power (or received electric field strength) of radio waves from slave equipment 20 when response message signals are received from plural pieces of slave equipment 20 after a broadcast instruction message signal is transmitted from a meter-reading control part 30 of a meter-reading data collecting center device 101 through master equipment 10 to plural pieces of slave equipment 20, the meter-reading control part 30 automatically generates a master/slave relation table 33 between the master equipment 10 and plural pieces of slave equipment 20, transmits the data of the generated master/slave relation table 33 to the master equipment 10 and plural pieces of slave equipment 20 and updates the registration. |
