PURPOSE: A job offering arbitration method using a compensation of a recommender is provided to enhance advertisement effect of entered firms and to increase participation of jobhunters and recommenders. CONSTITUTION: An arbitration method of a job advertisement includes a database construction process(S10), a web site bulletin board process(S20), a member registration process(S30), a job offering information search process(S40), a job hunter report process(S50), a successful candidate announce process(S60) and a service stop process(S70).
