PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently promote sales of products or services.SOLUTION: An information provision device is configured to make a mobile terminal display usable coupons when a user is purchasing products or services, and includes; a coupon storage unit that stores coupons a mobile terminal user chooses to use in association with store information indicative of positions of stores that accept the coupons; a position information acquisition unit that acquires position information indicative of a position of the mobile terminal; an extraction unit that identifies stores located within a predetermined range from the position of the mobile terminal indicated by the position information, and extracts coupons usable at the identified stores from the coupons chosen by the user; and a notification unit that notifies the mobile terminal of the presence of the extracted coupons.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
