PURPOSE: An instrument panel assembling structure allows an assembler to easily, quickly and accurately assemble it without making a damage to a letter panel thereof by using a flange portion and a hooking jaw portion. CONSTITUTION: Many flange portions(53) having reference holes(54), respectively, are formed on the outer periphery of a bobbin(5). Many hooking recesses(61) corresponding to the location and the thickness of the flange portions(53) are formed on the bottom surface of a light conductor(6). If fitting the flange portions(53) into the hooking recesses(61), they are engaged with each other. The hooking recesses(61) have stoppers on one side thereof and reference protrusions(62) on the bottoms thereof. If the reference protrusions(62) are coincided with the reference holes(54), the zero point of an indicator(52) and the constant position of the light conductor(6) are coincided.
