SOLUTION: This device is characterized by being equipped with a discount amount calculation means for registering a bought commodity, and calculating the discount amount based on service information set beforehand in the case of the member, and an information means for informing that the member can receive the service corresponding to the attained value when the discount amount is totaled as the secret saving money of the member relative to every member instead of discount of an adjusted price and the totaled value reaches the prescribed value.
