PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the costs for dies and equipment and the processing costs and shorten the processing time by introducing such an arrangement that the body of suspension member and arms are formed through one run of decompression molding process. SOLUTION: The suspension member comprises the body 2 and arms 3 joined thereto, wherein the body 2 and at least one of the arms are formed from an intermediate material 1b prepared from a steel pipe through a hydraulic molding process, where the intermediate material 1b is cut into pieces.
