SOLUTION: This device for peeling a seal material such as a protective film 53 attached to a surface of a product is provided with a squeegee 4 facing to the protective film 53 attached to the product and to be moved in the vertical direction and the right and left direction, a tape reel 1 for delivering an adhesive tape A between the squeegee 4 and a surface of the protective film 53, and plural guide rollers 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 5a and 5b arranged in the downstream of the tape reel 1 and for guiding the adhesive tape A to a wind-up side. After applying the adhesive tape A to the surface of the protective film 53, the adhesive tape A is slowly peeled from the surface of the product with the movement of the guide roller 5b, and thereafter, the protective film 53 is peeled at a high speed with the high-speed operation of the guide roller 5b.
