PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lay an optical fiber onto a mounting pipe of sewer, without breaking off the optical fiber or imparting a bend bend to it. SOLUTION: The optical fiber is made capable of coping with bending of the sewer-mounting pipe 1 and is laid, without damaging the optical fiber by being fixed to a prescribed position, while peeling a temporal tacking adhesive tape 8, at both ends of which a radius control section is additionally provided and a releasing sheet of a hose, to one surface of which an adhesive is stuck.
