PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape carrier package outer lead which conducts a quick adjustment of a crimp mechanism and improves the manufacturing capability for a production line by taking measures of not only simplifying an adjusting process but applying the adjustment of crimp height in relatively large space. SOLUTION: The crimp mechanism, at least, comprises a cylinder 210 having a first end 212 and a second end 214, a link 220 having a first end 222 which is passed through the cylinder inside and extended to the first end outside of the cylinder, and possessed with a screw thread structure 226 as well, and having a second end 224 which is extended to the second end outside of the cylinder and possessed with a floating joint 228 as well, adjusting nuts 260a, 260b which are coupled with the screw thread structure, a washer 262 which is positioned between the adjusting nuts and the cylinder, and a crimp unit 230 which is connected to the floating joint for the link. |
