PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the starting of the control for a vehicle height adjustment even in a state where there is no air or no sufficient air remaining in an air tank. SOLUTION: The vehicle height adjustment device has a compressor 21 generating compressed air, a magnetic valve 8 controlling the supply and discharge of air for air springs 15 to 18, a control unit 30 controlling the valve opening/closing operation of the magnetic valve, an air pipe line 51 for bypassing the air tank 4 for an air suspension, and connecting between the compressor 21 and the magnetic valve 8 through the main air tank 1, and a pressure switch 52 for controlling the air suspension detecting an internal pressure value of the air pipe line. The control unit 30 controls starting and stopping of the air supply control in the magnetic valve 8, namely the starting and stopping of the vehicle height adjustment control.
