PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform backup when abnormality occurs in an electric wire, in a system for electrically controlling a brake or the like via the electric wire based on an operation of a driver. SOLUTION: This system comprises a wire transmitting system for transmitting a control signal generated based on operation information of the driver as an electric signal to an electronic control unit (ECU) of an operated device via the electric wire and transmitting the control signal to an actuator of the operated device from the ECU via the electric wire, and a radio transmitting system as a backup system of the wire transmitting system of the electric signal. The radio transmitting system comprises a radio transmitter for transmitting the operation information of the driver by air and a radio for directly transmitting the control signal from the radio transmitter to the actuator of the operated device, and backs up the wire transmitting system with the radio transmitting system when abnormality occurs in the wire transmitting system.
