PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refill container where the advantages of both of a superposed package-container and a rigid container function, by combining the rigid container with the food-refill flexible baglike container which is hermetically packaged when unused and unpackaged when used and whose bag mouth is hooked round the edge of the mouth of the rigid container. SOLUTION: A can as a rigid container 1 is hermetically closed with an outer lid 3 after a hermetically-closing aluminum lid 2 is opened and its contents are used. Fresh contents are filled into the rigid container 1 from a superposed package-container 6. That is, the superposed package-container 6 is packaged in an outer container 4, a cut line is broken to pull the flexible baglike container 6 out of the outer container 4, and then an easy cut 11 is broken and the whole container 6 is put into the rigid container 1 to refill it. At this time, the bag mouth of the flexible baglike container 6 is folded onto the edge of the mouth of the rigid container 1, and a ring 12 is fitted from above this to fix the bag mouth to the rigid container 1. A level-off part is provided across the ring 12, and the edge of the mouth of the container 1 is held between the ring 12 and an outer lid 14. |
