摘要 <p>The mechanism has a guiding pin (38) contacting with a cam groove (39) that is provided in a flat plate designed in a housing (10) perpendicular to an axial middle line of a shaft. A section from the cam groove to the flat plate is designed such that an inertia mass (35) is movable in a radial direction of an inertia lever (30). Distance between the inertia mass and the axial middle line when the inertia lever is in a neutral position is larger than distance between the inertia mass and the axial center line in a case when a regulating step is raised by using a shift-fork.</p>
