PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for vitrification preservation of collected tissue pieces, easy for collecting the tissue pieces and enabling fine vitrification preservation of collected tissue pieces. SOLUTION: This tool 1 for vitrification preservation of the collected tissue pieces is equipped with a position-specifying tool 10 for excising a tissue to be collected and a plate 4 for freeze-preserving the tissue pieces for freeze-preserving the excised tissue pieces by using the position-specifying tool 10. The position-specifying tool 10 having a flat plate form is equipped with a position-specifying member 2 for excising a tissue to be collected, having an opening part 22 for specifying the excising position having a prescribed width and an engaging part 23 of a cutting tool installed at its reverse surface and an opening part-pressing member 3 capable of pressing to the surface side of the collecting tissue-excising position-specifying member 2 so as to cover the opening part 22. The plate 4 for freeze-preservation is a metal plate like member having the same width to the prescribed width of the opening part 22 for specifying the excising position or a slightly wider width than the same and capable of loading the tissue piece cut out by using the prescribed length-extended position-specifying tool 10, and is equipped with many holes.
