Provided is an unbalance correcting device for a high-speed rotating machine, which can prevent the drop of productivity in the production line of the high-speed rotating machine and which can retain a stable frequency region hardly influenced by resonations, in the frequency region containing a rotational frequency to be used as an unbalance correcting speed, for the vibration characteristics of the device to accompany the rotations of a work rotating unit, thereby to improve the precision on the unbalance correction. The unbalance correcting device (1) for the high-speed rotating machine is constituted such that a retaining unit (13) is urged, while being retained with respect to a work (20), in a predetermined direction so that a plurality of pawl structures (10) (or clamp members) for clamping and fixing the work (20) with respect to a turbine housing unit (3) (or a jig) are equalized to each other at the ratios of their synthetic rigidities to the synthetic masses of the individual pawl structures (10) by adjusting their synthetic masses. |
