STATIONARY DEVICE FOR EMERGENCY RESCUE

A stationary device for the emergency rescue comprises the appliance for reeling the flexible tie installed on the roof of the building with the pulling weight and the appliances for holding the rescued persons. The appliance for reeling the flexible tie is designed as the fixed pulley with reeling the endless rope. The pulling weight is designed as the balance with the end-pulleys. The appliance for holding the rescued persons represents two platforms secured with the grid containing the unit allowing for the hand-operated movement along the vertical rail attached to the wall of the building. The unit allowing for the hand-operated movement is designed as worm-and-gear. The fastening devices for the persons to be rescued represent the loops with the attached soft seats, waist belts and the locking handles.
