The subject of the present invention is a sealed, washable packaging bag, its corresponding method of manufacturing and the machine for forming its base. Gussetless sealed, washable packaging bag, made from a complex whose internal face is heat-weldable, characterised in that it comprises a sealed rectangular bottom (2), which has no internal corner, essentially consisting of two lateral tabs (3, 3') cut out from the tube (4) constituting the body of the bag, which are folded transversely inwards and assembled, by welding, on the one hand, together at their free ends, and, on the other hand, along their longitudinal edges, with the bases (7) of two middle tabs (6, 6'), also cut out from the tube (4), the latter being folded down and adhesively bonded onto the said lateral tabs (3, 3') when assembled, so as at least partially to overlap. <IMAGE> |
