<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive adhesive tape that has excellent appearance and also has excellent conductivity and durability. <P>SOLUTION: The conductive adhesive tape 1 includes: a conductive layer 2; an adhesive layer 3 formed at one side in the thickness direction of the conductive layer 2 and containing an adhesive and an electroconductive filler; and a metal layer 4 interposed between the conductive layer 2 and the adhesive layer 3.
