PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a conduction material with a sealing function, which makes possible to collectively provide a conduction material for electrically connecting a pair of corresponding electrodes, and a sealant for gluing the electrodes in order to maintain the electrical connection; an electric module arranged by use thereof; and a method for manufacturing an electric module.SOLUTION: [1] A conduction material 10 with a sealing function comprises: a conduction material 1; sealants 2 and 3; an auxiliary material 4. The conduction material is indirectly held by the sealants through the auxiliary material. [2] In the conduction material with a sealing function, the conduction material and the sealants are held on a first face of the auxiliary material in states of being isolated from each other. [3] In the conduction material with a sealing function, the conduction material and the sealants are held by an adhesive disposed on the first face of the auxiliary material.
