A mobile subscriber signal processing interface method checks all messages applied from Interprocessor Communication(PIC) network of a base station control block, transmits only accurate message to an upper call-processing block, checks an interchange line from a control station in case of a call setting request, allocates a call ID by using a usable interchange line, and stores a message information element to the call ID. In case of non-usable interchange line, the method transmits a new interchange line allocation request to the control station, thereby achieving an effective call-processing. In a full electronic telephone exchange, the mobile subscriber signal processing interface method receives an outgoing signal processing request message, performs an outgoing processing; receiving the incoming signal processing request message, starts the incomming signal processing; and processing a restoration request of the outgoing/incoming subscribers.
