Thermal lagging - with foam shell and step cuts to give a click-fit mounting acton

A multi-bladed tool is provided to cut the foam cylindrical shell to give a hinge slit and step cuts which can fit into each other to lock the foam round the piping. A hard foil cladding is extended to give a sprung flap to cover the join. The purpose is to provide a thermal lagging for piping which is easy and quick to mount, and which has no residual air pockets which could diminish the thermal insulation.
