SUBSTANCE: welder can be used for production purposes and as household appliance by motor car enthusiasts and gardeners, for starting engines and as battery charger. Device has transformer. Primary and secondary windings of transformer are separated, secondary winding is made in the form of cylindrical and disk windings, definite turn-to-turn ratio of winding is selected and parameters of capacitor placed at transformer input are specially chosen to provided control of no-load voltage and short circuit current. Use of oscillator provides stability of welding arc. Mass and overall dimensions of welder are considerably smaller than those of known models. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. |
