PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a terminal check during a center fault by storing pieces of transaction inhibition information due to a fault of a center computer by terminal controllers, and sending an error message to a terminal which sends an upward telegraphic message when said information is present. CONSTITUTION:This system uses the software of a center and a TC. If task aborting occurs to a center computer, transaction inhibition information is acquired by task recovery to distribute the transaction inhibition information to TCs in all specified areas. Each of the TCs stores the transaction inhibition information in a program by information from the center side. When a terminal side originates, the TC checks whether transaction is inhibited or not; when the transaction is inhibited, an error message is sent to the terminal side, which stops the origination. When the transaction is released from being inhibited, a telegraphic message is sent from the TC to the center and successive origination is permitted. |
