PURPOSE:To eliminate a blind sector of a servo-system, by constituting so that the operation can be executed by an operation processing part by converting an analog input signal to a digital signal without raising the gain of an amplifier, and the digital input signal can be inputted in parallel to the operation processing part. CONSTITUTION:A digital signal which converts an analog signal Ai through an A/D converter 8 without executing such adjustment as raising the gain of an amplifier 1 is operated by an operation processing part 9, and is inputted to a servo-system through a D/A converter 10, by which a blind sector of the servo- system is eliminated. When executing the correction, an input signal is sampled from the A/D converter 8 at some constant interval, subsequently, is compared with the previous sample quantity, and an increased or decreased output value is outputted through the D/A converter 10. Also, a digital input part 11 which is capable of inputting the quantity corresponding to the blind sector of the servo- system or an optional correcting quantity from an apparatus such as an external computer, etc. is provided on the operation processing part 9. |
