The component receives and identifies verbal responses from users. The verbal information is arranged in a question structure and the component records the response of the user after each question. The questions and answers lead to a predetermined function in the control system. The component records how often the user uses the functions and maintains statistics covering the usage frequencies of the functions. The statistics are used in such a way that the most frequent function is presented firstly to the user. The question formulations are arranged in structures which logically lead to the different functions in the control system and also cause a user to answer the questions with predetermined alternatives. The response alternatives are limited to a predetermined number and the component forms the question formulations to guide the user to answering the questions with the given response alternatives.
