摘要 |
PURPOSE:To directly adhere specified crystallized glass obtd. by the heat treatment of a molded glass product to a member to be adhered by bringing the surface of the crystallized glass into contact with the member and carrying out heat treatment under pressure. CONSTITUTION:A molded product of crystallizable glass is heat treated to produce crystallized glass consisting of 20-60vol% glass matrix phase and the balance crystal phase. The surface of the crystallized glass is brought into contact with the surface of a member to be adhered and heat treatment at a temp. below the softening point of the crystallized glass is carried out under pressure. The member to be adhered is preferably made of glass, crystallized glass, ceramics or a metal and it is necessary that the coefft. of thermal expansion of the member is made close to that of the crystallized glass so as to maintain a satisfactory adhered state.
