PURPOSE:To heat a mold in a short time when rapid heating is required and adjust the temperature of said mold with high accuracy during normal operation, by providing steam to said mold through a bypass line when the temperature difference is larger than a preset value and through a pressure control line when said temperature difference is less than said preset value, and controlling the steam pressure of said pressure control line so that the measured temperature become to be same as the preset temperature. CONSTITUTION:The real temperature T of a mold 1 is detected by a thermometer 16, and the difference between the measured temperature and a preset temperature T0, (T0-T), is obtained. If this difference (T0-T) is larger than a preset value DELTAT, a timer count starts while change valves 11, 14 are set to 'open', recognizing starting time. Then, this temperature T of a mold is detected to determine whether this measured temperature T is higher than subset temperature T1 or not. If the measured temperature T is higher than subset temperature T1, a change valve 11 of inlet bypass line 8 is 'closed'. The difference between the measured temperature T of the mold and the preset temperature T0 of the mold, (T0-T), is less than the preset value DELTAT, control of steam pressure is carried out. In a pressure control valve 9, the steam pressure of the mold 1 is detected, a proportional integration control is done for the preset pressure value to adjust the temperature of the mold. |
