PURPOSE:To prevent elements of a control circuit from being damaged by static electricity which is generated by dust being sucked and transmitted to the control circuit, by a method wherein, a discharging resistor with high electric resistance which discharges static electricity transmitted to the control circuit, is connected between the control circuit and a power supply line. CONSTITUTION:A main control circuit board 9 which controls an electric blower 2 is in a main body, an operation circuit board 12 which arranges a variable resistor 10 for remote control and a potentiometric resistance 11 is in a pipe with handle, and steel wires 13 which electrically connect between the main control circuit board 9 and the operation circuit board 12 are laid in a flexible hose 5. When the electric blower 2 is started, dust is sucked from a floor nozzle 7 to a dust collecting case 4, through a pipe 8 made of synthetic resin and the flexible hose 5 made of synthetic resin, and then static electricity is generated by friction between the dust and the pipe 8 and hose 5. This static electricity is transmitted through the steel wires 13 to the control circuit 16 on the main body side of a main control circuit board 17, and from here to a discharge resistance 21, and then spontaneously discharged to the earth through a power supply line 20. |
