PURPOSE: To provide a molecule jet separator including a main body defining a discharge chamber. CONSTITUTION: A hole 20 in a main body traverses a chamber 18. The hole has two segments 20a, 20b at upper parts of confronting side parts of the chamber. Tubes 23, 24 are tightly engaged with each other. The tubes are located at the segments of the hole while confronting ends of the tubes are directly or indirectly fitted in the chamber. Holes of the tubes are accordingly substantially aligned. The holes of the tubes are opened at the confront ends 23, 25. At least one of the confronting ends is shaped to control a predetermined gap to the other confronting end between the ends 23, 25.
